Attorney General Merrick Garland said an Alaska man was arrested after making 'repeated, heinous threats to murder and torture' Supreme Court justices.

Panos Anastasiou has been indicted on 22 counts of making threats after authorities say he threatened to hurt and kill six Supreme Court justices and members of their families.

The threats against the six justices included racist slurs and threats to their family members, the indictment says.
